Ghost Mode: This feature gives you a break whenever you need it. Activate it in the settings to disappear from the app and stop all tracking for 12 hours. It's perfect for those times when you need a quick digital detox or some uninterrupted personal time. Simply turn it on, and enjoy your offline peace!

What about activities?

Sync Steps, Workouts & Pulse: By syncing your daily steps, workouts, and pulse, we add meaningful context to your status updates. It's a way to share more about your day effortlessly!

Notifications for daily recaps and more

Enable Notifications: Opt in to receive notifications to know exactly when your daily recap is ready. This feature keeps you updated on your daily activities and interactions.

Connecting with friends

Enable Contacts: To make it easier for you to connect with people you know, we ask to sync your contacts. This helps in quickly finding and connecting with your friends on Menow.

Why do we need your mobile number?

My Mobile Number: Your number is essential for creating and securing your account. It also enables us to send you authentication notifications via text.
