4. Member Account, Password, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, if any, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Menow of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Service.

Menow reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Menow will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

6. User Conduct

Menow may terminate your account, delete your profile and any content or information that you have posted on the Service and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Service (or any portion, aspect, or feature of the Service) for any reason, or no reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. General

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
